The place overall is neat & nice budget. Optimal location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from el cairo cine publico movie theater. The beach is beautiful and the views are EXCEPTIONAL. Exceptionally kind, fair employees.

I thoroughly enjoyed the amazing building of the hotel and cool location. The self service breakfast was efficient and had cheap food. Everything was very easy as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was dark. It's near the beach. The staff was willing to help and provided nice customer service.

A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Excalibur that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose holiday inn rosario. Honestly nothing to complain about.
